No water, oils or preservatives are added, just the pure white Albacore in its own natural juices. Caught on hook and line our Albacore is completely dolphin free. Salt and chopped garlic added.

Our tuna is troll caught off the Oregon Coast by fishing vessels based in Winchester Bay and other local ports using sustainable, dolphin safe methods. Besides being an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, troll caught albacore tuna tend to be younger, smaller fish and have tested lower in mercury levels than tuna harvested by other methods.

White Albacore "the Gourmet Tuna", is caught offshore by our local fishing fleet. Filets are Alder smoked 8 hours. No water or oil added. The result is a delicious - moist, solid packed meat with a delicate smoke flavor with black peppercorns.
